Payment
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment
processing partner PayPal.
Cancelling your order
You can cancel your order within 7 days. Just please let us know by telephone or
email and we will refund you. If you have already received your order, please
follow the returns procedure below. If you have made a mistake in your order, we
can usually change it for you. It may be more convenient/simpler/clearer for you
and us if we refund you, and cancel the original order to allow you to re-order
afresh. There is no obligation on you to re-order.
Delivery
We aim to despatch all
mount orders within 2 working days of
receiving your order. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, there is a
delay, we will advise you of this and you will then have the right to cancel
your order. However, if you have a deadline, please advise us at the time
of order.
Returns
We are
a family run business and go to great lengths to ensure your mounts are
delivered to you in perfect condition.
Merlin MountsFramers are happy to provide a full refund or replacement if for any
reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased from us. Simply
return the item to us within 28 days, unused and in its original packaging and
with the original paperwork. This does not effect your statutory rights.
On receipt of the returned item we will credit you with a refund, excluding any
post and packaging charges that were incurred on the original order, unless the
items were received damaged or faulty when we will refund the cost of the return
postage as well.
Occasionally, mishaps can happen and we guarantee you
that we will do our very best to resolve the situation amicably, and that you
are totally satisfied with your purchase.
If your goods are damaged in-transit
or faulty, please notify us within 3 days. Please keep all the packaging
material until you are satisfied with the goods, and we will arrange to have the
mounts returned at our expense.
You will be given the option to have the product replaced at no charge to you or to have a full refund.
All custom mounts on this web site are manufactured to your specific requirements. This means that we are not able to offer any exchange or refund policy
where goods have been supplied correctly.
Pricing
All prices quoted on Merlin Mounts website exclude postage and package. We
are not registered for VAT so it is not payable nor can you reclaim the VAT.
Customer Privacy
We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We will not
pass on or sell our customers details to anyone else (in accordance with the
Data Protection Act).
Liability
Whilst we attempt to be as accurate as possible with the information on the website,
there is always a risk of human error and we cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies. We will use all reasonable endeavours to correct errors and omissions as quickly as is practical.
Merlin mounts will not under any circumstances be liable for any consequential loss as result of the incorrect supply, late delivery, accidental misrepresentation or any other reason whatsoever whether avoidable or not.
