Merlin Mounts has been very successful in supplying a range
of Backing board to the trade and to the retail market, that we have now built up a huge stock of offcuts.
We are now able to offer these offcuts at a much reduced price as multi packs in the following sizes.
10x8, 9x7,
8x6 7x5 inches.
We off two types of Backing Board.

This board is used by most Framers. Twin walled fluted
board that has a slight bow to give a flatter artwork. 2.5mm thick with a water resistant coating.
It will take most gummed and self-adhesive tapes.
Ideal for resellers..

Conservation Board |
This is Conservation mounboard. Can be used as Backing but most Framers use
it as an undermount. 2mm thick and acid free. The face colours may vary in the packs, but all boards have a white backing.
